We would like to welcome you to our webpage. We are a small hobby farm located in mid-Michigan.
We raise English angora rabbits and specialize in rare blue eyed whites. We also have Giant, German and Satin angoras.
Angoras are very sweet, docile rabbits and they make wonderful family pets for those who can commit to the grooming of these beautiful creatures. They require brushing around three times a week as well as a haircut every three months to keep their lovely coats in top condition.
Before purchasing an angora you should know that they also require a special diet. They eat pellets and hay as other rabbits do. However they also need pineapple, banana or papaya once a week to prevent wool block. We also give our rabbits dandelion greens and flowers which are very nutritious.
Our foundation English angora rabbits come from some of the top winning show breeders in Michigan. Our German Hybrids come from Samson's 2006 German import lines and are fantastic wool producers. Our Giants have proven themselves consistently on the show tables with many BOB wins.
Our rabbits have brought us in contact with many wonderful people from all over the Eastern Unitied States and Canada. Our bunnies have traveled to New York,Iowa, Minnesota, Indiana, illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Arkansas,Ontario Canada as far north as Hudson Bay and even Japan to be with their new families.
Our does have one litter a year and their baby bunnies are raised in our house with lots of love and attention, so they will be well socialized, loving pets. Our blog includes some information regarding care, grooming, and available bunnies. We are happy to answer any questions and we are there to help provide support once you have adopted one of our bunnies. We have been raising quality angora rabbits since 1974.
